Pleasant Beach condo

Marcos condo is right on the beach! Beautiful building, beach, tennis, pools, comfy places to sit and read, and a balcony overlooking a partial ocean view (though very hot during the day) Beds were comfy. Disappointed that towels and sheets were not provided but perhaps that is the norm in the area. Also just the bedrooms had A/C so it was a bit warm in the kitchen and living room even with the bedroom doors open. Overall a good value.

Durante minha estadia no Edifício Boulevard Family Club, em Bertioga, tive uma experiência bastante positiva e satisfatória. Pontos positivos: 1. Apartamento: O imóvel é excelente, bem estruturado, e atendeu perfeitamente às expectativas. 2. Localização: O edifício está muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso a mercados e outros comércios locais, o que facilita a estadia. 3. Atendimento: Os funcionários do condomínio foram atenciosos, prestativos e ofereceram um ótimo atendimento. 4. Praia: A praia próxima ao edifício é limpa e organizada, proporcionando um ambiente agradável. 5. Serviço de Praia: O serviço de praia disponibilizado é excelente e um grande diferencial para os hóspedes. Ponto a melhorar: Apesar de a experiência ter sido muito boa, identifiquei dois aspectos que poderiam ser aprimorados para elevar ainda mais o padrão de qualidade: - Duchas higiênicas: A instalação de duchas higiênicas nos banheiros seria uma melhoria significativa, proporcionando maior conforto aos usuários. - Máquina de gelo: A aquisição de uma máquina de gelo no prédio seria um recurso prático e útil para os hóspedes. Conclusão: A estadia no Edifício Boulevard Family Club superou as expectativas em quase todos os aspectos, proporcionando conforto, comodidade e lazer.
