The hosts here are very friendly and accommodating. They think of all the little details that make our stay so much more special than staying in a cookie cutter cracker box hotel. The patio grill area is fantastic! The koi pond is calming and the kitchen is stocked to the gills.We have been their guest a couple times now and look forward to our next next O.C. trip!

We absolutely love everything about the house. We were visiting family. The location was convenient for all local amenities. We had an issue with the WiFi but this was quickly resolved by the manager who was incredibly accommodating and very easy to communicate with. The only small concern was the noise from the pond pump which affected one of the beds in the master bedroom We would definitely stay here again

The place was great, very clean and had everything we needed for our family of 5. The AC was even on when we arrived, which was fantastic after a long drive (the dog especially appreciated that, along with the cool tile floors). The instructions for entry were easy and the instructions for extra parking out the back gate was nice- I'm not sure we would have discovered that on our own. The back yard was really lovely. It's not big, but it is nicely laid out and very shaded with a lot of greenery. The pond was a little loud, but I realized it nicely drowned out the traffic noise, so it was a blessing. The koi fish are very beautiful and well cared for. Overall 5 stars, I would definitely stay here again!
