3 bedroom Farmhouse Comfort Stylish, Peaceful & Well-Equipped. Close to CHOC.

Built in 1912, this Floral Park Historic District home has been thoughtfully restored, tastefully remodeled, preserving its original charm and craftsmanship. Enjoy authentic hardwood floors, expansive indoor-outdoor living, and a welcoming front porch complete with a classic swing—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

This 3 bedroom 1 bath plus den home has been curated with all the best ammneities we seen in our travels.

We also did not forget about Fido! Pet lovers ourselves, we look for places that are fully gated and dance proof.

We are also 100% smoke free home.

All of our linens and beds are protected and meticulously cleaned for our guests.

Want to entertain your friends for a wedding, graduation or birthday party? We have personally hosted all that in this home. The backyard and outdoor dining on the side of the house is large and we have string cafe lights in storage that can be brought out and installed.

We had a very positive experience renting from Khan. From the excellent communication to ease of check-in and Check out it all went very smoothly. The home was as described, lots of character, easy to find, clean inside and out with comfortable beds, good location to access Disney and surrounding areas. We also liked the cozy touches such as the games and decor. We look forward to our next stay!
