Property was nicely kept and within walking distance to the local beach access so you didn't have to pay the high hourly rate to park in the beach parking lot.We enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Beach, restaurants, ice cream, coffee, souvenirs, all within walking distance. Extremely clean, whole place looks brand new. Covered parking with great area to store all the sandy beach chairs and umbrellas and stuff you don’t want to take back in the house. Owner was friendly and very quick to respond the one time I messaged him. Would definitely stay again.

The beach house was very clean and cozy. It had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to our questions prior to arrival. We did not need to reach the host after our arrival since everything we needed was easily accessible. The Gulf was visible from the patio and it was walking distance to many restaurants. We would highly recommend this beach house.

Awesome place! Quiet, but location was close to everything in town. The porches were a great asset cause it is cozy. But, really a perfect size. Could use a little better lighting inside the kitchen(under cabinet lighting!) But, very clean, and very headache free. Just a delightful place! If you want a place to completely chill out, this is your place.

What a perfect property from start to finish! We were in town for a volleyball tournament, so having a place that’s walkable to the beach was paramount. This home is nestled on a quiet, safe street a few blocks back from the main road. The home itself has everything you need- a kitchen and items for cooking, a small living space, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and several porches to relax on. It was clean and very cozy, especially during some strong thunderstorms we had while in town! We had no problems at all with anything with the property, though I did have a few questions for the host, and those were all answered immediately. We would most definitely enjoy staying here again!

A true oasis, home away from home. Location is prime for accessibility to beach, entertainment and restaurants. The peacefulness may be the best though…balconies on front and back allow you to step out and gaze at the bright stars, huge clouds and perfect skyline…not to mention the gorgeous yard with palms galore. Interior of the home is bright and cozy although spacious. Very clean snd well cared for. This is definitely a secret gem. Communication was spot on with Lance, the owner. We will certainly return as our week there was full of blessings.
