House Rules

Check-In: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $40, subject to availability. Self-check-in instructions will be sent on your arrival day. Check-in is available until 11:00 PM.

Parking: One parking pass is provided inside the unit. Please display it clearly and park in the south row. Additional vehicles must use street parking. Guests are responsible for towing fees. Lost, damaged, or altered parking passes incur a $25 replacement fee.

Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and drug use are not allowed inside the unit or building. A $250 fee applies.

Pets: Pets are not permitted. A $150 fee may apply.

Parties: Parties and excessive noise are prohibited. Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. A $250 fee may apply.

Keys & Access: Please do not share your door code. Lost or damaged keys or key fobs incur a $150 replacement fee.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any missing, damaged, or stained items.

Cleaning: Please report any cleaning concerns shortly after check-in so we can assist.

Trash: Please dispose of trash in the parking lot dumpster or leave bagged trash inside the unit after checkout. Do not leave trash in common areas.

Packages: Personal mail and packages cannot be delivered to the property.

Security: A noise monitor is installed in the living area, and a Ring camera monitors the exterior entrance only. Neither records inside the unit. Please do not tamper with these devices.

Communication: Please remain reachable using the phone number on your reservation during your stay.

Forgotten Items: Please retrieve any belongings within 6 hours after checkout.

Liability: Guests are responsible for their party and any damages. Failure to follow these rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

House Manual

Wi-Fi: Your network name and password are included in your check-in instructions.

TV: The Roku Smart TV is ready to use. Please sign out of your streaming accounts before checkout.

Kitchen: The oven and microwave operate like standard household appliances.

Thermostat: Located on the wall beside the bathroom entrance.

Washer & Dryer: Instructions are provided on the machines. If you need assistance, just send us a message.

It was a great location to stay at!! Enjoyed the views, enjoyed the sirens at 2 in the morning! (I am a firefighter) the room was very nice there was a few strands of hair or not fully clean dishes which didn’t bother me I just washed them and moved on. I did not get to use the amenities, as the person before me kept the key fob, but was not a big deal overall I do recommend the location!! I will for sure stay in the future!!

Where to start? First, let's say the building has a certain skunky smell to it. The odor is clearly a problem at this location as the property management has addressed the issue with a written letter to all its tenants asking them not to partake of a certain activity that involves lighting up a certain leafy plant (not talking about tobacco) - a copy of which is on display in the rental unit! Concerning their parking permit, their own documentation for the property stresses the importance of proper display of their parking permit or your vehicle will get towed. It is obvious that their parking permit is an important document for the duration of your stay. Despite that, when we arrived, they had no parking permit in our unit. We immediately notified our host, but there was only the host's message service to talk to. It turns out there was no way to contact the real host directly to get issues resolved. An important factor in our decision to rent was the added security of having off-the-street parking. Due to the host being inaccessible and the lack of the ability for the renter to directly contact the host, we had to park on the street for the duration of our stay. We would've never selected this location if we knew ahead of time we would have to park on the street. In the end, we were not given the support we needed, so we were forced to park in the street. Our issue was met with indifference and complete absence of the host.
