Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Take used bed linens place in a pile on laundry room floor.
Take all dirty towels place in the bathtub.
Make sure all unwanted items are put in garbage bag; taken outside then place in garbage container located on the patio. ***Extra garbage bags will be left in the bottom of the garage can!!!***
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use cutting boards to slice and cut meal prep. Do not cut on countertops without cutting boards Dispose All food in trash not kitchen sink no disposal
House Cleaning will come by to clean once a week or every two weeks. Guests have to take garbage cans to road pickup days Tuesday and Friday 7:00 am
The renters are not allowed to change tenants in rental property. Must submit new dates and payment. Extended stay supply their basic essential needs

Beautiful home close to everything but still on a big private lot. Wonderfully decorated and very spacious the pictures do it no justice. Host made the home very welcoming and was very quick to respond. And when I say fully stocked kitchen we were able to cook like we were at home. If I have family come back down here I will definitely look to book this home again. Very pleased with the price for the home as well. 5 STARS
