Welcome to your perfect Auburn getaway! This 2 bed, 2 bath condo is located in the peaceful and quiet Burton Place complex. Bright colors and stylish décor create a cheerful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the space. Unwind by the pool, enjoy the comfort of modern updates, and retreat to a serene setting just minutes from town. Whether visiting for game day, a weekend trip, or a longer stay, this spot has everything you need!
This unit offers two bedrooms, all on one level plus in unit laundry! This is located on the ground level making unloading/loading from the car a breeze!
BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $80 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival!

Emily is a very welcoming host, super quick to respond. This rental is super clean and very accommodating. Beautiful unit with comfortable beds/pillows. Very calm/quite complex for a college town! Location was perfect for us visiting for the weekend. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfectly clean and shiny! All as promised. Only thing to be aware is that if loud talker is next door, you may hear as you try to go to sleep. Beds super comfortable!!
