I recently had the pleasure of staying at the stunning beach house Om Sweet Om, and it exceeded all expectations. Nestled a close walking distance away from the pristine white sands, the location is unbeatable. The house itself is beautifully designed, blending modern amenities with cozy, beach charm. Every room is spacious, immaculately clean with a bathroom in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor deck is perfect for morning coffee. The proximity to local shops and dining spots is an added bonus. Overall, it's a perfect getaway, and I highly recommend it for everyone looking to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation.

Our Favorite Beach Stay Yet!

We had a fantastic stay at Om Sweet Om! The home is absolutely beautiful—honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The layout was spacious and thoughtfully designed, and we loved having the bikes available for a fun way to explore the area. The location was super convenient, close to everything we needed.The management was superb—responsive and kind. We had a small drainage issue during our stay, and they came out right away to fix it. Everything about our time here was smooth and relaxing. We’d love to come back again!

We enjoyed the neighborhood pool. This house has a great kitchen if you enjoy eating in.We enjoyed biking to the bramble beach entrance. We also went on a morning beach walk and visited the stores and restaurants near the house. We drove to the Grayton State Park one day, and had a wonderful little hike. We also rode the bikes to the Seaside area. We can’t wait to return. Such a great house!!!

The home was spacious with all the modern amenities. It was perfectly located close to the pool making it very easy for family time in the water. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space and swing for coffee in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. We are hoping to make this trip a family tradition every year!

The home is beautiful and very spacious. We were able to get to the ocean in less than five minutes via golf cart with 4 adults and two children! Seaside is less than 15 minutes by golf cart as is all of the other activities we enjoyed. The Fish House is a wonderful place for dinner and caters to both adults and children. It is less than 5 minutes ways! Every morning we enjoyed breakfast on the front porch where we were greeted by the friendliest squirrels whom the kids named! It’s like a fairy tale little neighborhood and the pool is just steps away! What a great vacation we had!

Has potential…

I really wanted to love this home but we had issues begin right at the beginning. For starters 1) check-in is now at 5 due to “covid cleaning” this is to allow for an extra deep clean of the home. Unfortunately this is not true. We stayed in a different home the night before checking into this home so around 1 the day of check in we drove by the home to see the location and to make sure our golf cart had been dropped off, to our surprise no cleaners the cleaners did not up till around 2. By the time of check-in multiple cleaners were pulling up to help finishing cleaning the house. The master had gold fish spilled behind the nightstands that were never moved, there was someone else’s underwear left in the laundry hamper and other little items left downstairs. We got the go ahead to check into the home around 5:45. 2) the hot water in the master shower did not work, the first night our showers were Luke-warm at best. I called the rental company the next morning and they were quick to send someone who told us there was an issue with the shower valve and to not turn it to hot all the way for the hot water to come out. 3) We rented a golf cart for the week and could not seem to figure out why the golf cart was not charging. We called the rental company and they told us to test the outside outlets. Every time we plugged the golf cart in to charge it would trip the breakers, leading to not only the golf cart not working but interfering with the internet and other ring systems (thermostats). After about two days an electrician was called out and fixed the problem. Overall the house was beautiful and it a great little neighborhood. Unfortunately for the amount of money you spend to stay here for a week I would expect all of these issues to be addressed ahead of time.

Top Notch

Recently spent a long weekend at Om Sweet Om and we were blown away with the property from the moment we showed up. Set in a quiet yet convenient gated community, the property checks all the boxes one would expect from a 5 Star Resort. Really can't express how every detail was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended this property for a large family or a group of friends. I promise you won't be disappointed.

An amazing stay!

I had an amazing stay! The home was perfect in every way…..so comfortable and inviting, clean and exactly as described. Great restaurants and shopping just steps away and more nearby. It was a quick and easy walk to the beautiful white sand beach with gorgeous sunsets! Wonderful customer service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Relaxing Week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was amazing and the neighborhood looks like a movie set. Bedrooms are large and private so great for more than one family. The pool is clean and entrance is right next to the home. The two balconies are perfect for relaxation at the end of the day. Closet space is more than adequate in each room and the bathrooms are large and can easily accommodate two people getting ready. They only provide two wash cloths per room so you might want to bring your own if you use them with each shower. They do provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers. There is limited parking at the beach so utilizing the four bikes provided is recommended. Beach chairs and umbrella provided with the rental are nice. We highly recommend The Perfect Pig for breakfast and dinner and Cuvee for dinner. We also enjoyed Great Southern in Seaside and Angelina's for more casual fare.

Fabulous family vacation

We loved Wine Down on 30A! It was so wonderful being right next door to the pool! The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 6! Loved having three king size beds and TVs in every room! Also loved that the house came with four bikes and an umbrella and two chairs on the beach! The staff at Royal Destinations was so wonderful with the small issues we had! So nice and immediately responsive!
