PRIVATE HEATED POOL 2 DOORS FROM SEASIDE with BEACH VIEW. Home just remodeled in 2021. Overlooking Seaside and Gulf of Mexico. Only a 4 minute walk to beach. We have a nice front yard with oak and magnolia trees with Hammocks, 2 wrap around porches, tower, courtyard and private heated pool for you to enjoy the outdoor space. There is a $300 per week fee to heat the pool. Putting green located in front yard.

Spring Family Vacation

This place was amazing! My family and I loved this property and all that’s included. The location is perfect for the beach and town square. The owner made everything nice and easy and was very quick to reply with any questions I had. We are already looking forward to booking this rental again next year!!

We had a wonderful 9 night stay - Beautiful property and pool - just as advertised. One street from Seaside which made for very easy biking. Very short (1-1/2 blks) walk to beach access. Host and Hostess were very communicative, pro-active and hospitable. This property worked very well for our family.

Great Location!

This place is within walking distance to the beach and the Seaside area, so not having to worry about driving/parking was a BIG plus. The pool was nice as well!
