We stayed here for a girls trip. The property was safe and had everything we needed. The selection of pools was great! There was a pool with a bar and music or a pool with a more relaxed environment. The sister locations allow you to use their beach and the beach was beautiful!

Wow! What a great place! Our host was a great communicator, Thank you! I wasn't so sure about whether check-in time would work for us but the staff were AMAZING. They happily held our luggage while we explored the area based on their recommendations. (which were on point!) The place was meticulously clean and well thought out. Plenty of space and things to do. We will be back!! Thank you! Special thanks to Cortney, Felisha at the front desk, the amazing cleaning crew and Alex at the pool. Beautiful Unit - Rocky Start

Our last minute booking to enjoy time with our grandson for his birthday was short but sweet. We were 4 adults and 1 child sharing the 2bedroom, 2 bath unit. The units appear to have been refurbished. The location and view within the complex central to everything. We enjoyed the space and family time togetherness without being overcrowded. Check-in however was tenuous. Although check-in is at 4:00 and we didn't arrive until 5:15, we were told our unit was not ready and that 4:00 check-in in not guaranteed! Reservation desk told us to leave our phone number and they would call when a unit became available, but to go across the lobby for a car pass. Steve was at the concierge desk and inquired about our day. Steve worked to remedy the unit situation and after a couple of trips back and forth in the lobby a unit was assigned. Part of the discussion was, no unit available yet, no unit assigned, it's in the system, no it isn't, etc. confusion at best. Thank you to Steve for your attentiveness. Our circumstances kept us from arriving earlier but unfortunately, unknown to us, when we finally made it to the pool, with our grandson looking forward to using the slide, the pool guard left at 6:00 pm and the slide was closed the remainder of the evening. Checkout is before 10:00 am we called to see about a later checkout, like 11:00, left a message, and received no response back before vacating at 9:45. There was a knock at the door 9:30 and the attendant wanted to know how much longer before we vacated! Just saying. Overall the short stay was pleasant, minus the "hiccups".

Place was overall okay. Very few amenities that’s closed down much earlier than they should have. Pool closed at 9 bar closed at 9, single one restaurant open daily from 11 - 9 with limited food and beverages. Vending machine was broken everyday we were there. Ice maker made about 6 cubes a day (seriously)and our heating and cooling was broken in our room and had to be serviced twice. Was not as clean as other Wyndhams We have stayed at.

A Gem!

We were in Fort Lauderdale and decided to extend somewhere for 2 nights. The price was great so we booked while keeping our fingers crossed about the old saying "you get what you pay for". The property was great! The unit was a 2 bedroom with lots of space and well equipped. Most of the property has been recently refurbished and I suspect in many instances we were the first to use them since the unit reopened. Laurie at the concierge desk was outstanding. We had booked something with her for one evening and early the day of the event the item was cancelled. Although she was not at work she rebooked us on another excursion that she believed we would like and tracked us down to provide us with the update. She went above and beyond! It is a gem! We would not hesitate to use again in the future. Thank you.
