Joanna the host was wonderful. Very quick, responsive, informative and pleasant. The property was fully stocked bathrooms, kitchen and linens. The house was very clean with great layout. The location was perfect about a 5 minute drive to the ski lodge. We enjoyed our weekend!
Very nice house, good for a family. Stayed for a few days, spent most of the time at the lake, but a good house to come back to. Lots of room for our 7 year old . Quite street, lots of deer.
The house and area are beautiful. The setting is extremely peaceful and we would definitely stay again. The owner was responsive and accommodating.
A note on the community: our stay was during the summer, which is not as popular as the winter, and depending on the day, some of the amenities were closed or would close early to lack of staff, (the pools and lake were always available). Also most of the restaurants in the area are closed Monday and Tuesday. This is in no way a reflection of the owner or the property, just something to be aware of if you visit in the summer.
My wife and I along with our niece and nephews decided to take a last minute mini-vacation to the Pocono Mountains and couldn’t be happier with finding this property. This home is amazing and very clean. It is located in a wonderful community. I loved sitting on the deck and just watching the deer move through the mountains. The pools and beach were awesome. We did some swimming and went paddle boating and kayaking. Communication with the owner Joanna great and the community center where you check in was very smooth. Our family really enjoyed our stay!
This property is exquisite! From the communication with property owner and detailed breakdown instructions of check in and out I felt really confident with our process! The home is exquisite and so clean ! The ambiance of the space the kitchen ,the wood fire place everything felt like home ! The location was perfect for our big family and very convenient Our family was so happy and we were truly blessed to have found this gem !
This is our second time staying at this house and we came back for a reason. The location is secluded, but still relatively close to grocery stores and markets for essentials. The bedrooms are comfortable and the common areas are extremely cozy, which was perfect for our Christmas gathering. Hosts are extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.
We came in from Manhattan and DC to spend Thanksgiving week. The house was spacious and clean with a great kitchen space to prepare our meals. The house was perfect for our needs.
This house was the perfect Christmas getaway for us. The house is super clean and comfortable, had three spacious bedrooms, and the great room is perfect for having everyone in the same space. While the house is technically in a neighborhood, the houses are decently spread out and most of the house looks out into the woods to give you a secluded vibe. While there are small markets for essentials nearby, the closest grocery stores are a solid 30 minutes away, so I definitely recommend planning ahead on your first grocery run. The kitchen is also well-stocked, but I would recommend bringing an extra cutting board and chef's knife if that's something you care about and plan to do a lot of cooking.
The place is great and Joanna was great to work with. She provided all the information we needed in advance and was kind enough to offer to arrive early or leave late.
Kitchen is well stockeds for cooking and staying in. The house is very comfortable. Big windows and a wrap around deck made it great for coffee and wine and watching the deer come right up to the house.

Ryan, thank you for your kind review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. You are welcome back anytime.
Great house, very clean. Perfect set-up for the family. Everything you could need on a vacation. Joanna is easy to deal with and makes everything simple. Highly Recommend!!!!
A lovely house, exactly as described, on a wooded lot. Though part of a private community, there were few “cookie-cutter” elements; instead it was a distinctly casual home with every convenience. We had a short stay but would definitely return for a lengthier rental.

From the moment we pulled into the driveway the excitement started. Great curb appeal set back off the rd. Beautiful fireplace, open floor plan perfect for watching tv, playing board games and laughing with friends. House was immaculate and very clean. We loved it so much we are inquiring about staying a week next time. Ski mtn is a mile away, great country store 6 min away. Location is great.
