Great property. Plenty of supplies to cook and clean with. We had a great time. If it’s hot though there is no A/C and it was a hot weekend. The downstairs was was cooler. There are fans in every room so that does help and didn’t detract from the stay. Also the rec center is a drive so don’t plan to walk there. The pool was fun and there was enough to do there for the kids and adults alike

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re glad you had a great time and enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, supplies, pool, and recreation center amenities. We appreciate you noting that the home does not have A/C, as this is not advertised as an amenity, and we’re glad the fans and cooler downstairs helped keep everyone comfortable. We hope to welcome you back for another Tahoe stay! Best, Tahoe Rental Company

We were given a security code, but no link to get the actual PIN number to access the house, We arrived at 5pm (1 hour after the designated entry time). We could not get a hold of any representative because the office was closed for the night. After much investigation we finally got in touch with someone who could give us the PIN number. We were staying for the 4th of July weekend and wanted to BBQ, but the BBQ had a bike lock and chain around the cover and wouldn't open. There was no information on a combination and, again, had to call someone. After 1/2 hour we got the combination but were told we better not burn down the house. The vacuum cleaner didn't work. The house is nice and well appointed, but information and instructions were lacking.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the home to be nice and well-appointed, and we sincerely apologize for the frustrations you experienced at the start of your stay. Our guide link, which includes the door PIN and other important arrival information, was sent approximately one hour before your scheduled check-in time. Our after-hours support line was also available on the day of your arrival to assist with any check-in concerns, and we're sorry your arrival was not as seamless as expected. We also appreciate you bringing the BBQ lock instructions to our attention. The grill is secured between stays for safety, and we'll review our communication to ensure guests have the necessary information before arrival. We're sorry to hear the vacuum was not working as expected, and we've shared your feedback with our team so these items can be addressed. Thank you for staying with us. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience on your next visit. Best, Tahoe Rental Company

This was our second time booking this property and our family ages 14-70 really enjoyed our stay which was a 50th wedding anniversary trip for my parents. The home is beautiful and well maintained and provides all the comforts of home. We look forward to another return trip in the future.
