About this property

A Large Rustic Farmhouse In Bay View, Wisconsin

A maze of rooms and hidden corners. When you think you’ve seen it all… there’s another place to visit. Chill out on the deck in the fully fenced in and private backyard or on the upstairs patio, take a run on the treadmill or box in the fully finished attic, record some music or work on your next screen play in the office / sunroom. We have a corn hole set in the backyard. When you run out of things to do, go for a walk and discover Bay View! Please feel free to contact us regarding your upcoming booking and fees.

Our winter rates include 4 guests. Extra guests are $50 each per night. Extra fees are allocated towards additional laundry, used beds, and cleaning.

For an additional $150 fee the hot tub is available for use upon request. Please let us know whether you plan to use the hot tub in advance. We empty, clean, and refill the hot tub per use. Max 4 people in the hot tub at a time. Please no drinking or smoking while you're in the tub. We'll provide additional details and instructions.

Awesome quirky house!

Had a great experience at the Howell house! There is a ton of activities and amenities for big groups of people. Absolutely beautiful bathrooms. The house is a bit older so the only thing with that is that some rooms are very warm while others are cold. But plenty of blankets and fans to cover that. If you are going to use the hot tub I would suggest bringing your own beach towels so you don’t use all the bathroom ones right away. Over all great stay and would definitely come back!!
