About this property
Historic Home + Studio & Gardens - Walk to Railyard and Plaza
Gomez Gardens is a beautifully restored pueblo-style home blending Southwestern charm with modern comfort. Surrounded by colorful gardens and inviting outdoor spaces, it’s the perfect place to relax and soak in Santa Fe’s vibe. With 3 bedrooms plus a flexible studio bunkroom, there’s room for everyone. And the location couldn’t be better—less than a 10-minute walk to the Railyard and under 20 minute walk to the Plaza.
Welcome to Gomez Gardens, a pueblo-style retreat filled with Southwestern charm and modern comfort.
The main bedroom features a king-sized bed, luxe leather chair, kiva ceilings, wood floors, and original artwork, with an adjoining bathroom, kiva fireplace, sitting area and TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with a towel warmer, tub/shower, and authentic Mexican cabinetry with a copper sink. The sunroom bedroom includes a twin daybed with pop-up trundle (converts to a king), a desk for a private workspace, and patio doors that open directly to the beautiful gardens.
The living room invites you to gather with a spacious sectional sofa, window seat, swivel chair, and large TV. The full kitchen is equipped with every appliance and utensil you could wish for, including a refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, and tiled floors. A cozy dining area seats six comfortably with an expandable table for larger meals.
In the gardens you'll find a stand-alone studio bunkroom with soaring ceilings, a full-size loft bed, queen pullout couch, great natural light, and expanded work surfaces for laptops or art projects.
Outdoor living is a true highlight at Gomez Gardens. The front porch features a traditional porch swing and table-and-chair seating, while the side garden offers a charming bistro set tucked among greenery. The backyard opens onto a full-sized deck with a BBQ grill, gas griddle, firepit, dining table and chairs, plus plenty of comfortable seating. Surrounding it all are vibrant gardens with mature trees, flowering vines, cascading wisteria, colorful Talavera pots, and lush plantings that create a serene, private escape.
