All linens included. Immaculate with new central a/c, secluded, just across the street from the gulf of Mexico. Walking distance to Frenchy's, beachcomber, sand pearl, groceries, and church. Includes cable, high-speed internet, Jacuzzi, laundry room, beach chairs and whatever else is necessary to complete your stay. Unit has been recently updated with new furnishings, large flat screen television, flat screens in each bedroom and one of a kind beach table which includes a variety of items for all ages.
The property is two houses away from the beach access; which makes for a great stay!

**The jolley trolley is just right around the corner, less than 200 steps away**

The bungalow is very cute, quirky and secluded. The beds are very comfortable if you like soft mattress. The beach access is two houses down. The beach is beautiful and very quiet. There is a trolley one block over that will take you to all the restaurants and nightlife. Ms. Marilyn is a very nice owner and would accommodate anything you need. We didn't have any issues but I did get a chance to have a conversation with her about the bungalow and she was very nice.

It was perfect for our short trip, everything we needed was provided which was fantastic for the beach! It was quiet, clean, well stocked on many things needed, close to the main area and close to the trolly stops, and soooo close to the beach!

The only bad thing was we couldn’t stay longer.host was absolutely great to deal with and place was AWESOME,steps to beach,close to everything,bungalow was as described-a/c worked great and ceiling fans above beds were great-well equipped and taken care of.will stay here again

Beachy bungalow

My kids had a blast! What a fun, short weekend for a beach getaway. The bungalow is very close to the beach access allowing frequent visits to and from when hungry, tired, etc. we will definitely look at staying again!

Amazing beach getaway

The property was clean and comfy. Nice minute stroll to the beach. Manager was amazing and very accommodating. If your looking for a great beach house close to amazing restaurants and beautiful sights this is the rental for you.

After the storm

There was a lot of properties in the area that were rebuilding after the hurricane but our rental wasn’t really that bad. They did a great job cleaning things up in prep for our stay. Wish we could have managed the hot tub

Fantastic Location

Marilyn is the perfect host. She welcomed us by taking us to the grocery and giving us a small tour of Clearwater by car. The bungalow is just a few houses down from the beach in a quiet neighborhood which we enjoyed. The fun and attractions are just a half a mile to a mile from the bungalow. Thanks Miss Marilyn for a great beach vacation

Awesome!

House was clean, host was great! Easy walking distance to beach which was absolutely amazing. The Jolly Trolley stop is just a short walk as well to access all the shops and restaurants down towards the pier. Will definitely book the Bungalow again if we make it back to the area. Thanks again!

My daughter and I came to Clearwater to visit for a future job for her. Marilyn was so kind and helpful to make our visit wonderful! She added extra sweet touches to make us feel welcome despite the damage from hurrican Helene! She was thankful for our business and I would highly suggest you booking this place.

What a wonderful place!

My 13 year old daughter and I stayed here for a quick spring break getaway, we enjoyed it so much. Located on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood right across from the beach. We were able to walk everywhere around North Beach. Marilyn was absolutely wonderful to work with, and personally I think the pictures make the place look smaller than it is, we found it spacious. The hot tub was wonderful after walking today.thank you for some wonderful memories!

PERFECT LOCATION

The location of this property is absolutely perfect if you like being away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to it to enjoy. The beach access is perfect and the beach by the bungalow was very private and not crowded at all. The bungalow itself is nice and the host was an absolute delight and very responsive to needs. It was a little dirty upon arrival and not quite ready to receive guest. But we understand life happens and was not that bothered by it since there was things on hand for us to straighten up.

Clearwater Beach, Best Beach!!

Love this property, Loved Marilyn, What a great host!! To be so close to the Gulf of Mexico, always is amazing to us!!The Beach was just across the street!! Can't beat that!!! We were there on New Year's Eve and watched the fireworks, right on the beach, as we have in past years!! The hot tub was a bonus, so nice to relax and enjoy our nights there!! We hope to return next year since we had such an amazing time!!! Thank you Marilyn for sharing your home with us!!! Your the Best!!!

Hostess is the best!

This is our 2nd trip to Clearwater. Both times we stayed at this location. Literally you are a 5 minute walk from downtown Clearwater Beach and the beach itself is located across the street. We absolute love Clearwater and the bugalow we stayed in, not only do we love the place, we also love Ms. Marilyn who owns the property. You wont find a sweeter human. On our last day we woke up to donuts waiting on us from her. Shes an absolute delight. Good people equals the best stay! We will definitely be going back!

Casa Bonita

The Casa Bonita provided my best friend and I a fabulous stay. Marilyn the owner makes herself available to help when she can. She is a darling person who gave us a tour of the place and made sure we have her contact information. While the pretty cottage is behind the owner's home it is extremely private and quiet. It is a very serene setting that is surrounded by lovely vegetation. The hot tub was a great way to relax and perfect after a day at the beach. Marilyn texted us to see if we were around and then popped in with two new beach chairs for us to use. Super vacation we hope to be back next year. Thanks for the hospitality Marilyn.

Perfect little house for our family of 4 for the weekend. I loved that there were 2 bathrooms. Another HUGE bonus is that the towels and sheets were provided for us and there was laundry on site. Great value for the price, excellent location, nice and quiet away from the tourism and busy area of Clearwater.
