We didn't know that you can't BBQ on the property and no mention of it anywhere. Also, the host wants to charge extra money for not following check out rules. Be aware

Our house rules are very clear. Follow the rules and there should be no problem. Cleaning lady had arrived and you had failed to check out on time, Costing us more for cleaning. house was left in a very dirty condition. Would not rent to this group again, We even got a warning of this guest.

This house is amazing! It's nice and large for a family get together or party. I had my Mom's 80th Birthday Party there and we had plenty of room. I will definitely book there again. We did see deer in the front in the morning right on cue. LOL. Beautiful location too. Thank you for allowing me to have my party there. It was so special and we had family from all over show up and had a place to sleep. This was by far the best birthday party ever! Thank you Dave and Dakota.

House was clean and had a lot of room. Hoping that the kitchen will get better stocked with items like a mixer and casserole dishes, serving dishes etc. Had a nice stay!

The property was very spacious and clean. There were only a couple discrepancies. There’s was hardly any laundry detergent, paper towels, dish soap trash bags, and the microwave doesn’t work. The main thing is the listing stated there was a game room with a pool table, and there was no pool table at all. Overall the place was nice and spacious and would probably stay again.
