Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all A/C units, leave the remotes on the wall case.
Secure the gas tank valve per instruction.
Turn off all TVs.
Trash deposit located at the main entrance by the security guard stand.
Please close all curtains.
Lock patio door and front door properly. Hold main door for 5 seconds until hear the locking sound, then try to open the door to make sure it got locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
