Built in 2025, this brand new house is located across the street from the private beach and 1/2 mile from the fun at Ocean Beach Park. Relax on the front porch or upper deck or dine outside, enjoying the ocean breezes and the sound of the waves. Or, stay inside and take in the views from the oversized windows in every room.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, great for morning walks. And only a 20 minute drive to Mystic Seaport and Mohegan Sun casinos. Don't miss the Mystic Aquarium, where you can see Beluga whales and pet the sting rays! There's something for everyone!

The eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything you need (except the food), Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms on the second floor and another bedroom and rec room/bedroom on the top floor.

Wash the sand off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach and don't forget to enjoy the fireworks at Ocean Beach on Friday nights!

Check out the quaint restaurants and sites of New London or take the train to Boston or New York, just 2 hours away. Or, take the Ferry to Long Island or Block Island.

Finally, the location is perfect if you're attending a local event (like the annual Polka Festival) or a college reunions, college tours, or graduation.

Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood with stunning views of the LI Sound! It checked off all the boxes for our family, we had plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. Gwen, the host, was super easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this property!
