We welcome you to this perfect “family oriented” destination. Space for all, from big to small. We can literally host "generations", all at the same time. Enjoy the spacious home and cozy interior to spend some quality time with the family.

A great living area, with two fully equipped kitchens, four Queen sized beds, four singles (+one queen size air mattress and futon sofa for extra guest) & three full bathrooms. The ideal retreat for a comfortable & relaxed stay in the Oceanview beach area.

There are two separate entrances and two kitchens included as one rental. Far from any inner city noise, yet close enough to some fabulous sites. All in all, guaranteed enjoyment and relaxation. All day long. This home provides everything you need for a fully facilitated stay. Be it for short breaks or for long ones.
Our home is ideal for groups of friends and family seeking a relaxing getaway. Great for people looking for a simple “home away from home”.

ODU Reunion Weekend

The house was well suited for our reunion of ODU college roommates. It is a quick drive to ODU and there are restaurants and a grocery store close by. Cheree was very responsive in answering questions and providing assistance.

Great Host

Cheree was a great host. The property was large and held my family well. We did run into a problem or two but she was 100% on top of it. 10 minutes from the Naval Base my nephew was on, made this location a must have. The Beach is mellow so for big waves head to VA beach. Thanks Cheree

Overall a good short stay

There were a few things that could have been better the microwave door not working wasn't good It was difficult to open it and close it and that was the main source of food prep. Stepping up the front step into the house was very difficult. The sidewalk on the side of the house had not been cleared after the snow and The front sidewalk had been cleaned some but It was still very dangerous and difficult to access the house I had to purchase kitty litter for traction as I couldn't find salt melt to put down. The list of what you couldn't do with the doorknobs and all of that it was kind of long it was a lot to remember but the house overall was in decent condition and we appreciate the ability to use it.

Short family vacation

We just stayed 2 days in the house. Unfortunately the yard is not maintained at all, that gives you the impression of “not best neighborhood. The house is clean and very spacious, devided by two units( upper appartment) and lower apartment. The beach, restaurants and grocery store are close by. Overall we enjoyed our stay there a lot.

Great Family Reunion

Cheree was always quick to respond. The lower unit is very nicely renovated and comfortable. The upper unit needs some updates and is included in the rental but only accessible from outside. I let the owner know about the unclean issues which she was unaware of.

Home away from home

The house easily accommodated 11 people. Easy access to the beach area. Location is more in the bay area, so it was not crowded and family friendly. Host was super at responding to us quickly when we decided to stay an extra night.

I like staying in the house , the only thing that I recommend is to change the carpet and put hard floor to avoid odors.. It is very spacious.

The property was very nice and sufficient for our needs. We enjoyed the coziness of the home and the outdoor space. We were there for a family event, and unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the beach even though it was close proximity to the property. Cheree was very accommodating. Thanks for our stay!

Great place for large group!

Cheree was a great host. We left some car keys and she had them in the mail for us right away. House was just what we needed for a large group. We slept 16 in the place. Only suggestions would be to have wifi password available and maybe a table and chairs in the backyard. Other than that, would stay again for sure. Thanks for hosting us!!
