We had trouble getting into the house but we called the host and he came right away to let us in. Turns out the batteries in the remote lock were bad. He was very nice and was there within less than 30 minutes. There were only three bath towels in the house which seemed odd for a three BR house that sleeps six. Also, all the bedrooms are upstairs which may have been in the description but I missed it if it was. One of our tenants has some difficulty with stairs but we managed. Also, there was bath soap but no shampoo or conditioner. Lastly, while the house appeared and smelled clean, there was stuff in the refrigerator which was clearly left from a previous tenant. Not the kind of stuff that would have been used by the next tenant. Location was good and I would stay there again with the above comments in mind.
