With self check-in, a private entrance, and unrestricted free street parking, your stay is as easy as it is comfortable.
This new construction guest studio includes:
- Comfortable queen-size bed with quality pillows and linens
- Sofa bed (max 5 ft 11 in / 181 cm) for an additional guest
- Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances: gas stove and oven, full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher. Food and beverages not included.
- Cookware, plates, glasses, cutlery, baking supplies, pantry basics, coffee and tea
- Dedicated workspace with ergonomic chair
- Private bathroom with walk-in shower, plush towels, hair dryer, and toiletries
- Speed Queen Professional washer and dryer
- Ductless mini-split air conditioner and heater
- Smart TV with streaming apps (use your own logins)

Why they chose this property
The upcoming light rail station! Set to open in May 2026 - right before the World Cup is set to begin - it will connect the apartment with the Stadiums (1-2 stops), downtown Seattle, Capitol Hill, University District, the Airport, Bellevue and Redmond.
