Mark and Jodi met while at Grad School at Miami of Ohio and both have spent the last twenty five years working in the Senior Living field. They have two kids Spencer and Sally and a dog named Rocky and enjoy coming to Florida to relax and enjoy the sun! Mark and Jodi also have another Airbnb they have successfully owned for more than 5 years.

The communities amenities are first class with a spacious pool, hot tub, playground, fitness center, pickle ball and tennis courts, basketball courts, doggie park, cornhole and more. Not to mention the Heritage Harbor golf course with the backyard backing onto hole 7.
