Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash dirty dishes or load the dishwasher (if available)
Remove all trash. Place all trash in bags and place in the outside bins. All trash must be in bags. No loose trash
Remove all used bed linen and -lace in the floor. Place all used towels in the hampers provided. Please do not place wet towels in the floor or with bed linens.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please Read the House Manual. Check-In Instructions, Wi-fi passwords and other important items are in there

This was very simple and very easy to get to everything around. We rode SxS's at Frozen Head and windrock. 15 minutes from brushy mountain
