Located across from Gopher Ridge Island and just 2 minutes from Sandy Branch Boat Ramp, you’ll also be near Walter F. George State Park—perfect for anglers, hunters, snowbirds, and family getaways.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take trash can to road for pickup every Sunday night.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time from 11 pm to 7 am
There is a fire place behind tv in living room. Do not use it is not operable.

The views were amazing. Beautiful sunsets!! The weather was perfect. We loved the house. Plenty of room for our family. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful!! We will definitely book again.
