Please approach driveway from the rear of the property using the road that runs behind the property. Guests can enter at the side door entrance using the keycode that will be provided prior to arrival. To confirm the reservation, Guest must return a signed copy of the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the reservation. The agreement will be sent to Guest upon booking. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Using provided laundry detergent, please start a load of used bath towels in washing machine (6 max large towels). Leave others in bathroom.
Please bag & remove all trash & place in exterior green trash receptacle upon departure (located across from side entrance).
Please set heat at 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn off all lights & fans. Close curtains.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum age 21. Photo ID verification required. Person booking reservation must stay each night of reservation. Third-party booking prohibited.
Guest shall indemnify Owner for any loss, injury, or damage, arising from Guest’s, visitor’s, or any member of rental party’s actions on the property.
No parties or events. No local reservations. Rental agreement must be signed prior to stay which highlights full house rules. No grease down drains.
