Great location across the street from beach and boardwalk - easy access with secure parking - lots of sleeping space and pet friendly. ! Very nice hosts.

This VRBO was great for my group of girlfriends coming to stay and visit. Walking distance to the grocery store, the beach, and the nightlife.Parking was included, coffee was included for us with a drip coffee maker, so that was one less thing to worry about!The house itself looks a little worn around the edges from wear and tear over the years, but this is to be expected. It was large with plenty of bathrooms and was bright and clean and it fit my large group — we were all very happy!

The description that we viewed on line via VRBO was not accurate. The pictures looked clean and vibrant with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The fourth bedroom was a closet with a trundle bed. Terrible. No window obviously since it was a closet. One of the bathrooms had a dank, damp smell. Living room couches and carpets were dirty and not what the pictures depicted on line. We had two parking spaces in the garage and someone parked in one of the spaces. Took over 24 hours for someone to respond to our notification that someone had parked in our space.

This property is listed as a 4 bedroom unit. It is not. It is a 3 bedroom unit with a 4th bed in the closet of one of the bedrooms.This unit is within walking distance to the beach - which is great. However with 4 kids we ended up with lots of sand in the unit - with no vacuum or broom to clean it up. The property manager offered to come in and clean, but they would have had to do it multiple times a day. There is parking on site - which we came to learn was very nice to have. Overall, the property was well maintained, and we enjoyed our stay.

The location is unbeatable, a quick walk to the beach; having parking spaces is a huge benefit. Walkable to anything you need to buy or want to eat.
