Beautiful facility

The grounds are beautiful. Pools and playground kept very clean. The property around the cottage was over grown and not kept that great. Bathroom and kitchen sink did not seem to be cleaned. Overall I would recommend this facility but would not rent this cottage again.

Beautiful and spacious vacation cottage

Really a cute, comfortable cottage; certainly the best so far on our Whitman's Sampler 10-week tour of New England. The complex has a great adult pool and fitness center. We enjoyed our stay every much.

Great condo and location

My wife I just stayed at this great little condo in Summer Village in Wells. It was a terrific find. The condo was just what we were looking for.... very clean and quiet. The condo has comfortable and stylish furniture. The kitchen had all the things we needed to cook, which we did a couple of times. Summer Village is in a great location near all th3e things we wanted to see and do. We really enjoyed riding our bikes up to the close by tennis courts and around the resort. We look forward to staying at this condo again in the near future. We are looking forward to our next t

Cozy cottage!

Loved staying at this cozy little cottage it had everything we needed to feel right at home!! Great amenities and location!! We loved riding our bikes to the town beach, Ogunquit, and the Nubble lighthouse!! Highly recommend staying here we can’t wait to return!!
