Cozy Cottage At Beach Dreams With Lots Of Privacy

This cottage at Beach Dreams is in Selkie Village unit #184 and is in the back of the property in a very quiet area. The cottage backs up to the woods and has a very secluded feel. It is less than a minute walk to the tennis & pickle-ball courts.

The cottage is air conditioned and has ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room. There are two flat screen TV’s, an Amazon Fire-stick, DVD player, cable TV and private internet and Wifi. The unit sleeps 6 people comfortably with each bedroom having a queen bed and a pull out queen sofa in the living room. There is also a queen size blowup mattress that can be set up in the porch for an extra sleeping spot. Provided are 6 pillows, 3 blankets and 3 comforter/quilts.
The screened-in porch is carpeted and the nice, comfy, white wicker furniture provides seating for six. There is also a gas grill for your convenience.

In 2022 beautiful new flooring was put down throughout the cottage, all walls were freshly painted, a new refrigerator, new bedding and new wicker furniture cushions were purchased. 2023 saw a new air conditioner.

The cottage and entire Beach Dreams community are non-smoking, indoors and outdoors. For the comfort of all guests (current and future): renters and their guests MUST be non-smokers.

Please note: there is a drying rack for your convenience, but there is no washer or dryer in this unit. There is a laundromat within a mile from the unit in the Dunkin/Sunoco plaza.

Pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day thru Columbus Day. No events, parties or large gatherings allowed.

To rent this cottage you must be at least 25 years of age.

Cleaning fee includes community amenity fee.
