Beautiful one bedroom oceanfront condo with stunning ocean views and a pool!

Fountainhead Towers 303 offers beautiful ocean views from both the oceanfront balcony and inside this third floor unit. You will hear the sound of the waves while enjoying the view of the ocean, but you also have a balcony on the west side for glorious sunset viewing. Located at 116th Street and Coastal Highway, you'll find the quieter side of Ocean City with tons of entertainment nearby. Fountainhead Towers has a long list of amenities including an outdoor heated pool, courtyard, tennis court, pickle ball courts, off-street registered parking, elevators, gas grill which can be rented through the building, outdoor shower and two electric vehicle charging stations. This one bedroom condominium sleeps 4. Bedding includes King, Queen sleep sofa and a Double sleep sofa. Guests must provide their own sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and a towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
$60.00 non-refundable bldg registration fee due upon arrival to Fountainhead Towers.
The unit features full kitchen, washer, dryer and television. This property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and mini weeks (Thursday/Sunday ) in the off season.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Non-smoking Non-Vaping . No pets, please.

Amazing location with a view you cannot take your eyes away … You should bring blankets and covers with you , there is none in an apartment. Also , the company that cleans should do better job .Make sure you ask for bracelets for pool entrance when you pay 50$ , when registering into building Other than that , we enjoyed our stay .

The property was very comfortable, just like advertised. We enjoyed our stay. I would stay again. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Loved making coffee and sitting on balcony and watching ocean sunrise! The property was generally clean. WiFi worked great, lighting was good, unit was quiet. A Welcomed COVID Oasis...

My husband I had not taken a vacation day since the New Year and were so looking forward to our escape to the beach from the D.C. area. This property is AMAZING! We like staying further north in O.C. and you are close to tons of bars, shops, and restaurants (Greene Turtle, Crabcake Factory, Crab Bag, etc.). The condo is full of the most modern "beachy" decor, and we spent many hours on the balcony getting lost in a book and listening to the waves. If we were to buy a property in Ocean City, this is what we would model it on! We will be back again!

Beautiful Condo with all amentities

This condo is beautifully decorated and is as lovely in person as in the photos. If you want to cook, you have every dish/utensil you need. Easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Though we did not use the pool, during this time of Covid, we could have scheduled time there. I believe they were 1 1/2 hour blocks with limited numbers of people. We just walked to the beach, instead.

This condo was very clean and was the perfect size for the 3 of us. From the back balcony you can see the pool and the ocean. It had everything we needed and was close to many restaurants. If I had to pick something to complain about it would be the $40 fee to park and that the management company didn’t originally give us the pool pass but overall I would stay again!
