Discover a thoughtfully curated retreat in the heart of downtown Dallas. Inspired by Brooklyn-style lofts, the Atlas Suite features authentic exposed brick, industrial interiors, and rich leather accents—blending cozy comfort with refined sophistication.

This spacious suite accommodates up to 6 guests with a king-size bed and leather sofa sleeper. For larger groups additional sleeping arrangements can be requested for up to 6 people with advance notice. For added privacy, a separate 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest suite (1,000 aproxsq ft) may be available upon request and approval.


Bespoke Comfort
Viridian Atlas Suites is known for its personal attention to detail. Guests may select their preferred bedding style prior to arrival (based on availability), including:

The place was good. It could have used a little bit more cleanup in the bathroom and there was a smell of a smell like a campfire. Not sure if it was incense but the smell was pretty intense The bulbs in the bathroom were flickering. The windowsill seat in the bedroom is coming apart, and the chair does not support weight. There was a tear on the pillow sham and stain.

When we arrived, the unit was completely different than pictured. The building and surrounding area felt unsafe (someone followed us around the building and a homeless man appeared to be living in the hallway on the 7th floor). The host asked us to leave our belongings in the owners closet which he knew the code to while he repaired to shower. We chose to leave and stay elsewhere as we did not feel safe sleeping there.

Communication with the host was terrible. Directions provided for check-in were unclear. People were able to access the front door, coming and going as they please, without any access code leaving me to feel unsafe. Attempted to check-in at the 5pm time I was given. Host gave me the run around stating they couldn’t check me in for another hour leaving me sitting in my vehicle to wait while also gaslighting me as if this issue was my fault. Host also stated an issue with the lock to my room so that would need to be check out prior to my check-in. At 7pm I receive a cancelation of my booking due to “Environmental” and refund being sent. Luckily there is a nice Fairmont next door that I was able to check in. This whole experience was terrible and caused me to miss half off the Mavericks game that I had tickets to. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY TRYING TO STAY HERE!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was originally planning to stay at another Viridian property that I had previously stayed at, but ended up booking this property instead due to availability - and I am happy that I did. The apartment has a cool industrial loft feel that is spacious yet is also cozy. Updated appliances, washer and dryer were a huge bonus and the whole place was very nicely put together with great design touches made for a very pleasant stay. A huge plus was a dedicated work area that gave me ample room to get some work done (see pic below). Additionally, I was able to book a guest suite for other family members at this same property which also had updated appliances and a cozy feel that made everyone feel welcome. The apartments are in a building filled with amenities including pool, gym, game room and valet parking. Walking distance to many downtown sites and is ideal for anyone attending an event at the convention center. Will definitely look to stay here again on my next trip to Dallas.
