Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

If hot tub has been used, please cover and ensure jets are off. Thank you.
If you spill on the rug, please clean it. Steamer in the closet. If you spill crumbs, please vacuum. Vacuum in the closet. Thank you.

Why they chose this property
I chose to purchase in Arnold because as a child, my Mom and Dad would take us on vacation there and we would visit Big Trees and the various surrounding lakes! They were the happiest moments of my childhood....being with my parents and my sisters and brother....Good Times!
What makes this property unique
It's and oldie but goodie! It has a cabin vibe, and is comfortable. The comfy rug will keep you from getting cold at night and the Fireplace is an old charmer. The backyard is a good size, equipped with a fire pit to make smores'. The hot tub is soothing and relaxing, perfect to massage your muscles.
