Welcome to Olive Street Bungalow! This newly updated bungalow is styled with a modern design touch.

The home features 1 queen bedroom & 1 full bedroom (fully equipped with smart TV's). 1 full bath, and a fully equipped dine-in kitchen which opens up to a large living area with an exposed brick accent. The large windows and 9ft. ceilings allow for a spacious feel throughout the home. The living room has a large smart TV with options for Hulu, Netflix, Disney+ and more. Just off the kitchen is a mudroom/lounge sitting area and a large closet with the washer and dryer. The private backyard is fenced in with mature shade trees, fire pit, a concrete bar on a stamped concrete patio. This space is perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a long day. The one car garage is a few steps away from the house.

This little bungalow is in a perfect location. Near breweries, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops & bakeries and some within walking distance. Just 2 miles from Illinois Wesleyan University and 3 miles from Illinois State University. For walks or bike rides, you can hop on the Constitution Trail near the Bloomington Cycle & Fitness Store and the Gingerbread House which is just a 5 minute walk from the home.

Our stay here was excellent. The place was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The fenced back yard was great for our dogs. Communication was great; Holly always responds promptly and helped us out with a last minute change of plans when we needed to extend our stay. Location was close to where we needed to be around Bloomington and Normal.

It was wonderful to be so close to IWU so less time was spent going back and fourth. A joy to be able to have our family dog with us so our dogsick college kid could get some cuddles in. Great communicaiton with host.

Everything was spotless! Shower was great, linens nice, beds super comfortable, and neighborhood was quiet. Loved the fenced in yard for my dog! I was surprised how they had the snow all shoveled out of the driveway and steps! Also the host helped us pretty quickly when we got locked out while unloading. Thank you for the nice cozy home to stay in!

I love all things fitness, coffee, good food, travel, and most of all watching my kids play in all their travel sports. My husband and I have flipped many homes in the past and we wanted to try something new! The thought of providing a comfortable space where you can feel like you're right at home is what we strive to do for our guests.

This neighborhood is older with a lot of charm. The houses are unique in there own way. Our little bungalow sits below tall trees and is tucked away around a lot of greenery surrounding the property.
