We really enjoyed the house. Bed and loveseat were comfortable. The couch is comfortable but does not recline. There was an extra recliner there too. Basic seasonings, detergent, sunscreen, beach towels, beach wagon (great), small cooler and beach chair provided. Hot tub was very nice. Pool is not heated. Kitchen tools minimal but sufficient. Pots and pans need replaced. Hopefully they will be before our next trip. Highly recommend. Great location.
