The stay started off great the place was nice me and my family rented it out for spring break weekend! Then the nightmare started its ROACH Infested which is very unacceptable. I am able to deal with a lot of things but not roaches. I told him about the roach problem and asked if I could receive my money back and he explained that I could only receive 100 back which was unacceptable to me. he also explained that they had just came and sprayed for bugs, which means that they had a bug problem already. We vacated the premises immediately under the circumstances.

Jasmine, your reservation was for 2 people and you arrived with 8. We treat the home for bugs once a month, which is standard practice for maintaining a home in the south, especially when it is starting to warm up here in the spring. I'm sorry that you had a negative experience. You received $100 back which is what I would have made had you stayed out your second night. That is more than fair. The home obviously does not have a bug issue, since we have nothing but 5 star reviews stipulating cleanliness and great service.

Carter was very responsive. House had everything you need and more. Very clean and trendy. Great host to dogs too!! Fully fenced property with a HUGE field and trail down the road.
