Your home away from home in Steamboat Springs with this 2-bedroom spacious condo. Perfect location, true ski in/ski out in the Sheraton Steamboat Resort. Rental is for 12/27/2025 - 01/03/2026. Luxury villa overlooking the beautiful Steamboat Resort. Walk right out of the resort and you are on the mountain. Drop your skis/snowboard off at the complementary indoor/outdoor storage area and head up to your villa. From there you can swim in the heated outdoor pool, relax in the outdoor rooftop hot tubs, play in the game room or shop at the Market. You can choose to dine in using the full kitchen or head downstairs to enjoy the many dining options available.
This 1068 square foot 2 bedroom lockoff villa is steps from both the Christie peak express lift and the Gondola.
Primary bedroom with king-sized Sheraton Bed and HDTV. Primary bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub.
Guest bedroom with queen bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, full bathroom and HDTV.
Living area with sofa bed, side chairs, coffee table and fireplace.

We are a family of 4 from Virginia. Our favorite place to ski/snowboard is Steamboat, Colorado. Known as Ski Town USA, the town has a small town charm with many amenities. It is truly magical.
Why they chose this property
We chose to own a property at the Sheraton during our first visit when it was a hotel that was transitioning to owner only condos. It is the PERFECT location. A rental car is not needed as you are at the center of everything. If you want to travel downtown or go to the grocery store, you can hop on a free bus!
What makes this property unique
This property is at the heart of everything that Steamboat has to offer. You are steps away from great mountain sports, restaurants, ice skating, shopping and much more.
