Enjoy a rustic camping-style stay off the grid, with the option for power if desired. This cabin was built with camper-style components and is designed for those who love to unplug while still having the option to power up.

• 1 private bedroom with a full-sized bed (ground level)
• Loft with 2 twin mattresses (accessible by ladder-style stairs; low ceiling – not full standing height)
• Pull-out twin couch in the living area
• Room for a tent outside for extra campers (BYO tent)

• Lights run on 12-volt battery power
• For full electricity (AC, microwave, coffee pot, outlets), guests must purchase gas for the generator
• 1 tank = ~3 gallons of gas = ~12 hours of use if run continuously
• Generator can be used as needed to conserve fuel

The cabin is located on our private property in Reber, NY, overlooking our family farm with cows, horses, and goats.
• Guests are welcome to roam the cabin’s surrounding area
• Please do not enter the animal pens (you may pet animals through the fences—note: electric fencing is in place)
• Camp chairs and fire pit provided
• Wildlife sightings are common—watch for deer at sunrise and sunset!

• More firewood available at our nearby farm stand
