The Space:

Charming cozy house in Midtown neighborhood, fully renovated and equipped with 2 UHD 55’’ and 43’’ Smart TVs, smart Thermostat( forced air) throughout the house, 2 beautiful bathrooms one has a bathtub and the other has a stand shower. Backyard is fully fenced and provides complete privacy and contains a propane BBQ grill.



Guest Access:

Access to backyard and amenities( washer, dryer, washing machine, Propane grill, outdoor dining.



The Neighborhood:

Charming cozy home in a quite and walkable neighborhood. 8 minutes to Washoe golf course, 5 minutes to Truckee river, 45 minutes drive to stunning Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to Midtown charming Cafés , restaurant and bars.



Other Things to Note:

Important NOTE: Please note that Reno area is a ski destination with great ski resorts around.

visitors need to be prepared for harsh weather conditions, road closures and always check the weather forecast and plan ahead.

We do recommend to start your travel, early in the morning if possible and before it gets dark, to minimize any road hazards. Also driving AWD/4WD vehicles with tire chains are recommended.

So please be prepared because we can’t provide any refunds for cancellations due to storms and road closures.



We are not responsible for any of your packages or deliveries. You are responsible for any missing packages.



Interaction with Guests:

House is set up for self check in but Please contact me through the app for any issues or concerns before or during your stay.

Please note that our crew have access to the backyard for landscaping or taking care of the trash cans, but for any other interior maintenance we will definitely notify our guests ahead of time.
