Wow factor, for sure. Reno living at it's finest, with spectacular city & river views! This one bedroom, two bath condo looks over Wingfield Park & is located on the Riverwalk, where you can enjoy many events like movie night on the river, concerts, and shows right across the street. Walk to the movie theater, restaurants, cafes, gastropubs, entertainment, shows, casinos, gyms, bars, or lounges. Downtown entertainment includes wine walks every other Saturday and the Downtown Farmers Market.

Great spot!

Spacious apartment right on top of the river downtown walking distance from lots of restaurants and things to do. Comfortable bed, nice couches and a big balcony with a great view where I spent most of my time. Great apartment. Will definitely try and rebook when I return

This condo is in a perfect location. The views are definitely stunning as advertised! The Riverwalk is literally outside the door. The condo was very clean.

Close to Downtown

This was a great alternative to renting two hotel rooms. We had a group of four and we saved a lot of money by booking this place as opposed to two hotel rooms. It was close to the casinos and the event center. All within walking distance. There are plenty of places to eat and it is right on the river. The check in was easy and the communication with the manager was great.

Downtown Reno

This was a very nice place to stay. Is a converted condominium on the sixth floor which spaces the river. Very spacious and refurbished. A little tight squeeze getting into it regarding traffic and getting to the room, but it is an old building. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Good location

The apartment is super cute and has a great view of Reno. I didn’t care for the host’s communication style. I asked for the correct wifi password and she came to the apartment and banged on the door. Last time I stayed there she was late in getting the place cleaned and was still inside when I arrived. Both interactions negatively affected my feeling of privacy.

Lovely Getaway

This condo was reserved for our daughter and husband for their wedding night. She said the condo was adorable and the view of the Truckee River was beautiful. The check-in process was easy. Overall, a nice wedding night!!!

The property manager responded to everything quickly and the place was very neat and clean. Loved having a balcony overlooking the Riverwalk. It was the perfect spot to sit and relax. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Reno!

Weekend trip

Perfect location for great riverside dining & easy trip to UNR. Unit was beautiful & clean. Building was clean, safe & quiet. Please rent a small car, the garage is tight, but our small car fit perfectly. We will choose this rental again!

Location, location, location!

This place was one of my favorite VRBO's. The location was perfect and the views from the balcony and rooftop deck were amazing. Waling distance to everything downtown. Parking garage was very tight but there's plenty of street parking.

Loved this place. Would give five stars in everything, but we didn’t hear from the owners until about an hour before check in. Typically we get all the deets several days before so we can plan.
