I’m also sorry that the cleanliness of the condo didn’t fully meet expectations. Finding cleaning products left out and debris under the coffee table is certainly not the experience we want for our guests, especially when a cleaning fee is involved. We’ll be sharing this feedback with our housekeeping team to ensure greater attention to detail moving forward. I appreciate your comments about the layout as well. Being a lower-level unit does make the condo feel a bit darker and limits natural airflow, so I’m glad the lighting and air conditioning helped make the space comfortable during your stay.
