Enjoy quaint and cozy small town vibes, less than 30 miles from Fort Worth, at this recently renovated, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom air conditioned bungalow near historic, downtown Weatherford.

Guests have access to the entire property, which includes the following:

* Xeriscaped front yard with covered porch.
* Living room with mid-mod furnishings, high speed WiFi and a Smart TV.
* A bright and cheerful eat-in kitchen with brand new appliances, cookware, dinnerware and basic kitchen necessities.
* New washer and dryer, in a small laundry room, with access to the back yard.
* A primary suite with, a king size bed fitted with cozy cotton bed linens, a spacious closet, and Smart TV, offering direct access to the back porch and an en suite bathroom.
* En suite bathroom has a standard vanity, toilet and corner shower.
* The central bathroom has a standard vanity, toilet and a bathtub/shower combo.
* The front bedroom has a queen size bed fitted with fresh cotton bed linens, large windows, and a double closet storage space.
* The back of the home has a covered porch, facing a spacious yard with large trees along either fence line.
* There are 2 off-street parking spaces next to the home. (Please note that there is a Ring doorbell mounted to the right of the front Entry door. This camera monitors the front yard, driveway and entryway. Audio recording has been disabled. )

The host was very welcoming and responsive. The location is convenient many of the local attractions in Weatherford. The space was a bit bigger than expected (which was a plus). The backyard is really large and there's a nice deck from which that can be enjoyed.

We are a family of nomads with a love of the strange and unusual.

Dustin was born and raised in Texas, while Kyndra hails from Colorado, and since our son is currently going to school in Colorado, we stay in that area much of the year to be near him.

But when the high alpine winters get a little too bitter, we enjoy being able to spend time here in Weatherford, working on renovations at Wander Inn, enjoying a warm weather getaway and relaxing in the sunny south.

We are honored that you chose to stay at our home and hope that you come away feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Please enjoy your stay and treat our home as though it were your own.

Why they chose this property

This home has been in Dustin’s family since 1995. When our son’s grandmother passed away a few years ago, she left the home to him, to help pay for his college and we have spent the last couple of years renovating and updating home, to make her final wishes a reality.

What makes this property unique

We love the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to downtown, where we can walk to some of our favorite local restaurants.
