Grand Beach is nestled between New Buffalo and Michigan City, IN. It’s the quintessential beachside village offering amenities like private beaches, golf and tennis. The neighbors are friendly, the homes are unique with varying architecture and it’s all found in a wooded private forest setting.
What makes this property unique
When we first saw this home, we were captivated by its unique architecture and mid-century design. It sits on the top of a sand dune just one block from the rocky shores of Lake Michigan. The 1/2 acre wooded lot provides tons of privacy, too. Inside we fell in the love with the living room and its open, airy two story vaulted ceiling. It’s the heart of the home where family and friends gather.
