Jim & I met 6 years ago on a dating app.We both had a lot of stuff & couldn't figure out how to co-habit.We knew one day we'd have to buy a house big enough to fit all our beautiful furniture & ideally it would have a separate rental unit we could furnish with all my things + some of his 4 additional income.1 day we stumbled on 1745 Willard then poured our heart & soul into trying to make it the best B N B in the city.We'll let you be the judge:)

DuPont Circle is one of the most elegant , high end historic neighborhoods in the city , It’s quiet yet within walking distance to most of DC’s most famous attractions as well as a plethora of bars and restaurants , making it a convenient and strategic location for tourists

What makes this property unique

After years of traveling the world and staying at some of the finest hotels my spouse and I curated a rental property akin to a Four Seasons hotel but at a more affordable price and especially for those traveling in groups of up to 6 friends or family members. Everything has been tastefully procured whether the finest of linens or the most indulgent of toiletries to ensure the utmost in style and comfort for our guests.
