Tempur-pedic medium firm queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including a washer/ dryer. The living area has a couch suitable for the space and a dining table and chairs. Large walk-in closet and full bathroom (shower only). Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Close to Trilith studios, Data Center, motor speedway and accessible to the interstate and airport.

We really enjoyed our stay, very quiet and spotlessly clean! The kitchen has everything you need for a quick meal. The weather didn’t allow for enjoying the outdoor space but it looks very comfortable. Very easy communications with the host also.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this space! The owner was very communicative and gave us privacy on the property. We did not see or hear anyone the entire time we were there. The space is decorated very nicely and is very clean. The location is great as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Coretta was a wonderful host! Communication was excellent. The instructions are incredibly detailed from where to park, how to enter, everything is labeled, etc. Having a washer/dryer was a lifesaver. There are many details that other rentals don't have: tissues, hand soap, makeup clothes, spices, cans of soup, cold bottles of water, small snacks, and many others. There's a lot squeezed into a small space, but it works, especially if you're solo or a couple who don't need private space. I was traveling with refrigerated items and a late checkout was accommodated so that my food wouldn't spoil. I would have stayed longer if it wasn't already booked!

This is a very safe, very quiet neighborhood in the suburbs with a vibrant life 5mins away. Close to Trilith Studis, the Data Center, US soccer, and all the other things people come to do in Fayetteville.

What makes this property unique

NOTE: this is not a brothel or a place for trafficking. It’s a part of our home. The unit is for professionals working out of town, people visiting families, travelers passing through, and people with proper reasons for being in Fayetteville. All activities are monitored and illegitimate activities will be reported.
