This spacious rental features 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 full beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Guests will feel right at home with thoughtful amenities including an iron, hair dryer, air conditioning, beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas.

Enjoy a relaxing covered balcony overlooking the Everglades, where you can take in breathtaking sunsets. The community offers beautiful walking and bike trails, a refreshing pool, and a fitness room for your convenience (approval required).

Our location is ideal: just 20 minutes from Sawgrass Mills Mall, 20 minutes from Deerfield Beach, and 35 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. You will also find excellent restaurants and shopping nearby.

This is the perfect retreat for seasonal travelers looking to enjoy an extended stay in sunny South Florida.

Please note: the property is located on the second floor and requires the use of stairs for entry and exit.
