Bring the whole family to Solterra Beach Villa, a luxurious 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom designer-furnished retreat in the heart of Solterra Resort—just 15 minutes from Disney and steps from the resort’s incredible amenities!

This spacious 3,275 sq ft home features two king master suites with en-suite bathrooms, four additional bedrooms, and Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses in every room. Each bedroom includes a Smart TV, offering everyone a private retreat. Gather in the open-concept living room for movie night, or relax outside with a game or show on the outdoor patio TV.

The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and your choice of Nespresso, Keurig, or drip coffee. We provide a welcome supply of pods, teas, creamers, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry/dish pods, salt, pepper, and towels—including pool towels—for your stay.

Step outside to your private, south-facing screened backyard oasis, complete with a heated pool, hot tub, and covered outdoor dining. A BBQ grill is available for an $80 flat fee, perfect for poolside meals in the Florida sun.

Walk just one block to the Solterra Resort Clubhouse, with access to a zero-entry pool, lazy river, waterslide, gym, tennis & pickleball courts, playground, and café. Baby gear—including a pack & play, high chair, and strollers—is provided for your convenience.

Please note: Solterra Resort requires a Patron Fee for amenity access. This is payable at check-in, and we’ll fully reimburse the fee after your stay when you send us your receipt.

We’ve just returned from our second stay at this villa, and once again it was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations — the villa is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it a true home away from home. Devon genuinely cares about creating a special experience for her guests. Every aspect of the stay was seamless, from booking through to departure, and the communication was excellent throughout. Having now stayed twice, we can confidently say this is one of the best places we’ve ever visited. It offers relaxation and luxury and we will be booking again for next year Highly recommended — a truly exceptional stay- thanks again Devon !!

Our pool was professionally cleaned before your arrival, and our pool service returned the morning after your late-night check-in to clear light pollen that had settled overnight after rain, which is completely routine in Florida. We have both pre-arrival walkthrough video and post-service photo documentation confirming the pool was clean and clear throughout your stay, and this evidence has been shared with VRBO. We reached out directly during your stay and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered a refund for remaining nights so your group could find a better fit elsewhere. That offer was not taken up, all communication from your group ceased, and your group remained at the property through to and beyond the agreed checkout time. Not every home is the right fit for every guest, and this appears to have been one of those cases.

Our family have recently stayed in Solterra Beach Villa and have had an amazing stay, we were very sad to leave. The villa was absolutely stunning with everything you could possibly need and exceeded our expectations. The pool and hot tub was lovely to relax in after long days at the parks. The villa is perfectly located to be able to explore all parks and surrounding areas and is in a gated community so we always felt very safe. Solterra resort has a lovely clubhouse with a resort pool, lazy river and other amenities. I was very nervous about booking our first villa but the owner made the process very straight forward and communication was excellent, keeping us updated at every stage. We would not hesitate to book again.

We had such a great time at this house! It’s super spacious, with plenty of spots to kick back and relax—plus TVs in multiple areas, so no fighting over the remote. The pool was a huge bonus and perfect for cooling off and hanging out. We especially loved the big dining table—it was great for meals, games, and just spending time together as a family. The whole place felt comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay at Solterra Beach Villa

This villa was perfect and exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It has everything we needed and more for a perfect stay. The Solterra resort is clean and safe, quiet neighbours around the villa and within 5/10 mins of lots of restaurants & shops. An easy drive to Disney, about 20 mins. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Solterra Beach resort again in the future and would be my first choice.

Great Property

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and spacious, and the pool and pool area was amazing - the kids spent a ton of time in the pool. The community pool was also very nice. I would highly recommend this property!

Very spacious for 3 families to split, while all adults had a very nice and private room. Beds were super comfortable, furnishings were all very nice, kitchen had anything we needed. Pool and hot tub were also nice for evenings dips for the kids.

Great stay near Disney

Only 20 minutes to Disney even with the traffic. Beautiful, big house and conveniently right near the resort amenities as well. Gated community definitely has some rules to follow, but we didn't have any issues once we were familiar with parking, etc.
