Very charming older home, close to Railroad tracks and church bells, which in my opinion added to the charm! We were very comfortable there for a long weekend! Loved that it is pet friendly.

We enjoyed staying in the house. It was cozy for the family of 6. We came for Savannah which is close enough. We enjoyed walking to the coffee shop every morning. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed.

It was nice and clean and I would stay there again if the air conditioner worked properly. It was a very cutely decorated old home in a quiet neighborhood across from a school. The only two issues I had were that we were not supposed to turn the air conditioner down below 76 to keep it from freezing up and there were no blinds on the doors to the outside. We had to hang a sheet at night over the doors for privacy. And, we are accustomed to having the air conditioner set on 70 at night so we were uncomfortably hot despite having all the ceiling fans on. Everything else was great.

This is a charming house, and we loved the history of the whole area. The quiet neighborhood had a lot of walkability, which was great for the pup.

I enjoy sharing the historical aspect of Richmond Hill. I want to highlight the good influence that Henry Ford had on our community.

Why they chose this property

It’s the small town life that this home in this square displays especially when we sit at the side porch watching people walk by.

What makes this property unique

Although the house looks small from the road, once inside it’s very welcoming and inviting. The patina and authenticity of its age along with its cleanliness will make you make you feel right at home.
