Forget your worries in this spacious & serene space, located in a 55+ community. This beautifully furnished pet-friendly home has everything you need to make you feel at home. Enjoy your stay at this 2 BR, 2 BA home which also features a murphy bed, 2 living areas, a desk, 2 dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the comfortable patio furniture and enjoy the backyard surrounded by beautiful flowering shrubs. Use the included golf cart to explore all that SCW has to offer.
The space
This is a 55+ community and at least one guest must be at least 55 years old to rent.
Sun City West has 7 public golf courses. The use of other Sun City West amenities is only allowed with stays of 30 or more days, and guests must purchase a tenant card at an additional cost of approximately $105 per month per HOA. Up to two tenant cards are allowed to be purchased with this property.
Please note that this property does have one exterior camera, located on the garage code keypad.
Golf cart drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid drivers license and auto insurance. Golf cart can only be driven on local streets within the community of Sun City West.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Log out of any TV apps you used
Shut off coffee pot; dump used grounds in garbage
Return any furniture to its original location
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My husband Dave and I are native Minnesotans and currently live in the Twin Cities in an active 55+ community. We love to travel and are both obsessed with pickleball. In fact, most of our vacations now seem to be centered around pickleball, lol. We made our property dog-friendly because we know the struggle of finding rentals that allow dogs, especially large ones. Even though we recently lost our sweet dog, we still want to accommodate people who want to bring their furry friend. No cats only because my husband is allergic. We fell in love with the Arizona sunshine and now have a place in Sun City West to get our warm weather fix. We are new to hosting, but we hope that you will give us a chance to prove that we can make your stay a special one.
Why they chose this property
We were drawn to Sun City West because they have so many great amenities and the people we encountered during our first stay were so welcoming. They even have volunteer ambassadors on the pickleball courts to ensure that new people feel welcome and are getting into games! There are so many things to do that you never be bored in Sun City West.
What makes this property unique
We loved the location of our property, as it's within walking distance or a short drive to the Palm Ridge Recreation Center, which has 18 pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, fitness center, indoor walking track and more. Our home is just one block from the walking/biking path that goes along the west side of the community. Our backyard is very peaceful and the patio has electric sunshades to control how much sun you want on the patio. The yard is surrounded by flowering shrubs to provide a sense of privacy.
