The spacious deck offers a dining table, hammock, and a seating area with gas fire table—ideal for unwinding after a day of skiing or exploring the area. A true mountain getaway!
The Space:
Ski Lodge Living Room with breathtaking views, gas-log stone fireplace, a comfy sectional sofa can serve as an additional sleeping space, air conditioning and plenty of games and puzzles.
Workspace Desk: a dedicated workspace off the living area, ideal for remote work or planning your mountain adventures.
Dining Area: Dining table for 6 for meals or games, with additional seating at the breakfast bar counter with 3 stools.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Large kitchen with full service of plates, utensils, cups, toaster oven, microwave, indoor George Foreman Grill, waffle maker, blender, sandwich maker, crockpot, mixer and more. Coffee bar with full drip coffee pot and Keurig single serve with cappuccino and latte steamer. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, sponges. Welcome Pack (initial supply of coffees/teas/creamer/sugar/paper towels/toilet paper/dishwasher detergent/trash bags).
Other Amenities: Zen zone: a comfortable sanctuary with cozy chair and with yoga mats, washer and dryer, high speed Wi-Fi, free parking for two cars.
Outdoor Living
Expansive Deck: 2 level deck offering panoramic views of the slopes, the stars, and long-range mountain views. With a gas fire pit table, comfy seating and hammock, outdoor games, outdoor dining table, chairs and umbrella and a patio heater. There is also a side yard that features a woodburning firepit and chairs as well as an inviting front deck.
Sleeping and Bathrooms– Accessed by using the spiral staircase
Deer Bedroom: Primary bedroom with king bed, views, private deck with rocking chairs, private updated full bath with walk in shower, air conditioning and a smart tv.
Snowshoe Bedroom: Guest bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV.
Bear Bunk and Game Cave: Perfect for families or a couple, this playful woodland room features a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top, along with a game room vibe that includes a Ms. Pac-Man arcade game, air hockey kids table, toy closet, Smart TV, and “Beech Bum” the 4-foot cuddly stuffed bear!
Bathrooms - Updated full bathroom with tub/ shower combo just outside the Snowshoe and Bear Bunk rooms. Hand soap, body wash, and hair products are provided.
Other Details to Note:
***Spiral staircase – You enter the main level with the living room, kitchen and half bath and descend the wide spiral staircase to access the bedrooms and full bathrooms. We do have safety gates for children and pets.
***Winter weather: AWD, 4WD or snow chains may be required during snowstorms and icy weather. Guests are responsible for ensuring they are prepared for winter driving.
***No more than 2 mature and well-trained dogs are allowed. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 that must be made at booking. Dogs
must be crated in your absence and are not allowed on the furniture or left on the decks. There are furniture covers and dog bowls above the washing machine if needed.
There will be a $200 fee assessed if dogs are not disclosed prior.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take bagged trash to the dumpster located at the dead end of Snow Plow Ln behind the tan fence.
Please turn the heat to 60 in winter months and turn the AC off in warmer months.
Please clean and put away all dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
