The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all used towels in either shower or tub
Strip used bed sheets and place on floor. Remove all trash from the unit and take to the dumpster.
Place pool key on key holder at the entry. Lost key results in a $75 replacement fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum Booking duration is 28 days unless agreement is made via messaging.
No pets or smoking inside unit or on patio. $75 Dollar Pool Replacement Fee Quiet Hours 9PM to 7AM
Pool Hours are Sunrise to Sunset. Children Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and no child under 10 is permitted to use the hot tub.
