The space
You'll have the entire apartment to yourself—nearly 800 square feet of stylish, historic charm. With an open-concept living and dining area, plus a fully stocked kitchen, this retreat is perfect for both relaxing and work.

Guests can access the apartment 24/7 via a smart touch keypad for easy, secure entry.

Guests should NOT enter through the front of the house- if coming from the street, please use the walkway to the left of the house to go to the rear patio and take the steps going down as shown in one of the photos.

* We take cleanliness seriously! After each reservation, the apartment is professionally cleaned using safe cleaning protocols, with extra care given to disinfecting frequently touched surfaces.

* As a basement apartment, taller guests should be aware that the ceilings are a bit lower than usual.

* For the comfort and safety of all guests, please no pets, smoking, or parties.

*If you used an extra pillow from the closet, please kindly remove the pillowcases. Please do not return used pillows to the closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Self check-in with keypad – checkin instruction and keypad code sent a day before arrival
Enter through the rear of the house. From the front, follow path on left side of the house to rear.
There is one parking spot available for you next to the garage. Turn west on Manchester Lane from 16th Street NW, take your first right in the alley.
